Thursday, March 28th saw a sellout conference held by Down Syndrome Ireland Cork branch – the conference focused on common behavioural issues in children and adults with Down syndrome.
The team from Down Syndrome Irelands Member Support Team presented to a full house of over 50 attendees – presenting on the day was Fidelma Brady – Education Officer, Eimear Collins – Early Intervention Officer, Nicola Hart – Member Support Team Leader, Aoife Gaffney – National Employment and Projects Officer.
Overall, the feedback was very positive and insightful from the 50 parents and schools that attended on the day. Thank you to all the staff in Down Syndrome Ireland Cork branch for hosting the team.
