Job Title: Administration & Facilities Assistant
Where: Stations Building, Hatch Street Upper, Saint Kevin’s, Dublin 2
Work Tasks: Please note that the tasks below give an idea of the type of work that will be involved and not all tasks will be completed on a daily basis. The successful candidate will start off with a small number of tasks and be increased from there.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role is responsible for assisting our Business Support & Administration team
We will ensure we follow rules of global admin policies, procedures, and protocols
You will assist the Facilities Team to ensure smooth running of the Office
Office Administration
- Help set up seating for visitors and new starters
- Distribution of post and deliveries to individuals in the company
- Attending meetings if and when required
Stock Control
- Pantry and Stationery – making sure all stock is checked and doing stock order where required
- Refilling the printer with paper when required
Front of House/Reception
- Distribution of post and deliveries to individuals in the company
- Setting up the Room for events
- Signing in and out of visitors
SECURITY:
- Checking that all gates and doors are fully closed and that the fire exit doors are clear
- Check that all keys are in the box
- Water pressure test: Check taps in the bathrooms on both floors
- Sinks and handbasins for leaks: Kitchen, Coffee Dock, Bar and Bathrooms
- Litter: Check the front of the building is clear of any rubbish
- Lighting check: Check that all lights are working
- First Aid Kits contents, Defibrillator & fire Blanket check
- Fire Extinguishers check
