21 Day Challenge is back, with a difference!
This can mean taking on a half marathon or giving up your morning snack, you have 21 Days to complete it whilst raising vital funds for Down Syndrome Ireland.
It takes 21 Days to form/break a habit, if you are short on inspiration we have a list of ideas here to inspire you on your very own personal challenge, and get your family and friends to sponsor you. We’re encouraging people to be creative and challenge themselves for 21 consecutive days – and help us raise vital funds for Down Syndrome Ireland. Start this March 1st and celebrate finishing on World Down Syndrome Day March 21st.
