Thank you Elaine

The incredible Elaine Kearney has been making fantastic face masks and donating €3 to Down Syndrome Ireland for every mask sold – her first batch has raised an incredible €540!

Aherns Pharmacy Farranfore in Co. Kerry has been kindly selling her masks to their customers over the last few weeks – to help make these fantastic items Elaine has worked closely with local business such as Quilt Yarn Stitch (where 80% of the fabrics are sourced). They have also very kindly offered free delivery for the fabric Elaine buys.

Elaine would like to give a special mention to some other small local suppliers Crafty Basket, Tralee Fabric Centre and Fabric Interiors who have also been very generous in supplying some of the other materials she needs. This really has been a community effort.

The biggest THANK YOU has to go to Elaine herself – We are extremely grateful for her creativity and support and are delighted to see that the locals in Farranfore are supporting Elaine’s endeavor by buying the masks!

Well done Elaine, we wish you continued success.
