Around the Branches for World Down Syndrome Day 2025

World Down Syndrome Day took place on Friday March 21st (21/03). 

This year’s theme was Support Our Dreams. Everyone has the right to support and the right to dream big.

And the DSI branches really made World Down Syndrome Day a day to remember with their celebrations.

From Carlow and Cork lighting up purple…

To dancing, singing and fun in Dublin and Donegal…

Limerick and Louth Meath were hits on the radio…

And a magnificent mural was unveiled in Kerry…

An incredible 63km run in Waterford…

And of course, all the branches across the country donned their most colourful socks for the day!
