Empowering Futures event brings together employers, partners and people with lived experience to show that inclusive employment is practical, scalable and impactful, for individuals, organisations and society. 

Hosted by Down Syndrome Ireland, the event will share real employer experiences, lived stories of employment, and clear pathways for organisations to engage in inclusive hiring.
