We are the Roscommon Branch of Down Syndrome Ireland, we act as a support and information hub for families in County Roscommon. Our fundraising activities include Bag Packing, Church Gate Collections, Women’s Mini Marathon and an annual Black Tie Ball celebrating Nollaig na mBán for women only.

Education and Therapy

  • ‘High Five’ Speech & Language Group – open to pre-schoolers in an individual and group setting. The branch is hoping to extend the programme to school-age children.
  • Occupational Therapy Group – open to pre-schoolers, school-age children and teenagers. The programme is delivered in an 8-week block


Sports and Fitness

  • ‘Bike Balance’ – open to all ages, in conjunction with Noel Feeley, Roscommon Sports Partnership.
