Kildare
About Us
The Kildare Branch of Down Syndrome Ireland was founded in 1985 by a group of concerned parents to offer support to families with a son or daughter with Down syndrome. Our membership has grown over the years and now has 220 families throughout the Kildare area involved in our branch.
We offer practical, professional and clinical support as well as social and educational activities. Our goal is to provide a framework to support people with Down syndrome in making their lives as independent as possible. None of this would be possible without the help and support of everyone that fundraises for us throughout the year. Many thanks for your support.
