The Guide to entitlements for people with disabilities 2017 is published by the Citizens Information Board. The information in this leaflet is intended as a general guide only and is not a legal interpretation. The Citizens Information Board is the national agency responsible for supporting the provision of information, advice and advocacy on social services and for the provision of the Money Advice and Budgeting Service and the National Advocacy Service for people with disabilities.
