Congratulations to the first graduates from the Field of Dreams, Cork programme – they are Paul, Alan, Tadgh, John, Jenny, Lisa, Maeve and Maria.
These eight amazing people are the first to complete the Field of Dreams course which specifically aims to give opportunities, education and training for adults with Down syndrome. This is done through supporting them in accessing and sustaining meaningful employment, in a unique Social Farming horticultural/holistic environment.
DSI President Liam Ahern congratulated the graduates for there hard work and fantastic drive, saying – “I was delighted with the opportunity to speak at the graduation. It was a terrific occasion and congratulations to Down Syndrome Cork and the graduates for there commitment and hard work.”
