Vaccination Update – December 2021

People with Down syndrome are part of the medically vulnerable group which is currently being vaccinated.

You can wait to be called, or alternatively, ask your GP or pharmacist if it is possible to get a booster vaccination there.

If you have had clinically confirmed Covid in the last 6 months, or if it’s less than 5 months since your second vaccination, you won’t be able to get your booster dose yet.

Your Covid Vaccination Certificate has details about when you were vaccinated.

People are also being advised to get the flu vaccination.
