DSI Meets with Minister of State for Special Education & Inclusion

We held a positive & productive meeting this week with Minister of State for Special Education and Inclusion Josepha Madigan to discuss the educational needs of children with Down syndrome and the supports they need to reach their full potential.

One of the topics discussed was the extension of the Summer Provision Scheme for pre-school children entering mainstream primary school as we will continue to lobby for all children to have access to the scheme.
